I saw an article from April 12. Same island, same name as Akbar. However - Akbar IS a pretty common name over there!

I did some work in Irian Jaya. We could here someone on the radio - almost every day.

We never did hear Akbar. This was 20+ years ago now. Hmmmm - I wonder.....?
Give up some love for inaccurate reporting... Pythons are constrictors the prey is killed before they crawl over it. Snakes cannot swallow, they crawl over their prey with their mouth open and as they crawl the prey makes its way down the alimentary canal (i.e. digestive tract).
