I had several relatives in Law enforcement and they all changed soon after graduating from POST school. Brain washed ?, Im not sure, but they all have a “brotherhood” mentality, and would cover up each other’s law infringement such as speeding, DUI (plenty of times) disturbing the peace etc. But they would handcuff their own grandma for a promotion. Not all are like that, but probably the majority.....just following orders.
It’s sickening to learn all this.
