Precisely correct. Per reports he had walked home from a bar over a mile away. I guess he just wanted to walk and he was in a safe area of Washington DC. He was murdered very near his house.
It is most obvious the killers were lying in wait to kill him. If They knew he was at a bar more than a mile away they would have killed him as he walked home but not just outside his home.
The killers knew he was not home but would come home and simply waited until he was home and then killed him.
This was a professional hit job.
Hillary via the Clinton Foundation is totally compromised in relationship to Russia. Russian oligarths do not give 200 million to the Clinton Foundation unless they are buying something. Russian Oligarrths do not give Bill Clinton 400,000 dollar speaking fees unless they are buying something.
I do think the Russians interfered with our electoral process via money to the Clinton machine. If Seth Rich was the source of the leaks to Wikileaks it would be very logical for the Russians to eliminate Seth to protect their investment.
The candidate of choice for the Russians was Hillary Clinton and it sure as hell was not Donald Trump!
