You’re lucky it was the leftist that got arrested. Now in Minneapolis you would be arrested for assaulting the leftist, who was merely exercising his right of political free expression.
Well my father was a retired NYC cop and they at first didn’t want to arrest the guy, to “resolve it” but like me my dad was really ticked off and got them to arrest him on disorderly conduct. I wanted to kill that SOB like you cannot imagine. My parents were in their late 70s at the time and my mother would go into panic attacks if the garbage wasn’t taken out, so you can imagine what this did to her. We almost had to call an ambulance to calm her down. I actually went back to that restaurant almost every night looking for that guy for almost a year. If I found him without question I would have beaten him within an inch of his life, possibly even killed him, jail be damned. Try to imagine that - The utter disrespect some SOB you don’t even know shows towards your parent by knocking over their drink and dinner and then grabbing them, oh my God! Let me stop writing because just thinking about it is getting me all ticked off again.
