Sounds like a Japanese and S Korea problem.
At the moment , yes . But neither have the capability of taking out the fat boy so , eventually , it very well could end up being the US’ problem . It’s certainly in the USA’s interest to help insure that their staunch allies South Korea and/or Japan are not attacked .
Hopefully we have some super double secret system in the works that does work and the Russkies and Chinese haven't stolen / bought the design to thwart it.
We have a naval force sitting out there. They should have blown it out of the sky.
