Sadly true. More and more evidence is surfacing about all the fake rape claims and look at all the lying beotches that claimed crap about Trump while he was campaigning.
These lying women are making it hard on all women because now when they claim assault, rape, whatever, they better have it on video or it will just be assumed to be a bald face lie like so many of them are. No more are they going to be getting the benefit of the doubt just because they ran into a wall to put a lump and cut on their foreheads. They better have video.
That's why the store owner recorded her so she couldn't go claim something like she did in that video without them having solid proof of her mental illness. Harsh laws against false accusations should be made that put the liar in prison for the same amount of time as the crime they claim another person did. Wanna bet it puts the brakes on this kind thing quick!?
Skanks like this belong in one of two places; prison or a mental institution until cured. As far as I know there is no known cure for this kind of thing yet besides the old frontal lobotomy method which should not be ruled out completely.
I agree with you, but American prosecutors seem to strongly disagree with us. For example, Crystal Gail Mangum was never prosecuted for falsely accusing the Duke lacrosse players of rape, even though she was obviously guilty.
From what I have seen, false accusation is rarely taken seriously as a crime in America. I would like to read a study of the subject.

These people haven’t been taught that lying is unacceptable, they do it reflexively, and believe doing it is OK if they are furthering a Social Justice Warrior-approved cause.
You are 100% correct, this sort of thing is way too consequence free. That needs to stop, they should be sanctioned to the maximum possible under the law.
