My wife is 41 and we just found out we are pregnant!

Just this week, my neighbors DIL was at our home. She is soon to be a first time grandmother to twins. She also was bedridden for three days after Trump was elected.........deep, deep depression and of course, very pro abortion.

So I kindly listened to her rave about how marvelous it was to see her tiny granddaughters during an ultrasound visit with her daughter. She was raving about their movement in the womb, their perfection, making a fist and one of them even stuck their tongue out. The hypocrisy is disgusting.

As the article says, the coil can sabotage procreation three ways:

• sometimes by thickening the cervical mucus so the sperm are immobilized
• sometimes by thinning the nutrient lining of the uterus so the young embryo can't implant
• sometimes by preventing ovulation.

The first and third are contraceptive. The second is abortifacient.

This is not exactly predictable. It will vary from cycle to cycle, depending on the woman's own varying hormonal levels.
