The video I saw doesn't make the cop look good.But as was the case with the Rodney King case I wonder who knows what,if anything,happened *before* the camera was rolling.

We know everything. The camera records the whole stop from the moment he flags the car for a broken tail light. There is nothing about this that is in question. There were two cameras and another cop there. And of course he incriminates himself by throwing down another gun. The case is over. He pleaded to stop himself from going to a local jail and to stop himself from being hanged. Unfortunately he is going to a federal prison.
