No, it's on the RINOS in the Senate. There aren't 50 votes right now to pass funding for the wall.

They have to be called out and dealt with and more conservatives need to be elected in 2018.

Meanwhile, Trump needs to explore ways to divert money to the construction of the wall, part of which was approved by Congress in 2006.
