Years ago a guy in town was buying old jeans. I showed up with 40 pairs of Levi's from the 60's and early 70's. Walk out with two pockets of cash. My cheapest pair he paid me for was $250.

I remember new ones had ‘peach fuzz’ then.
If you showed up to school without washing them a couple times, the other kids would set fire at ankle level and whooosh! no more peach fuzz.
