Why not start as soon as the baby is born? Take it from the mother and put it in state-run nursery school to be taught by state-approved teachers. That way the babies won’t be taught any subversive thoughts by their parents, like religion or patriotism.
It is sad but a lot of so called conservative parents well gladly fall for this.
Bingo! The goal of the two income household was to make it impossible for mothers to raise their own children. Mothers are actually begging the government to take their children from them.
