people thought fox would die without Megan Kelly, and they’re better off with Tucker Carlson.

BOR had been difficult to watch for years. self important, constantly talking over his guests, and he spent as much time talking about himself as the issues of the day.

I’m more concerned that Murdoch’s kids will take the whole network in a different direction.

Totally agree. BOR did himself in. The Murdoch spawn is a bigger concern.

They’ve been in charge for a while. They got rid of Greta, Megyn, George Will and the Pinhead. Can’t say I like any of these people.

BOR is, I think from the types of errors he has made, naturally a liberal who determined to make a lot of money as a talk political show host and has the wit to understand that you can’t make money doing that as a liberal so he adopted a Conservative stance. He occasionally says something off the wall that only a lefty would support and when called on it by his audience, sometimes would backpedal or turn it around and sometimes would double down until he realized he had to get off it and would just not talk about it any more.

Hammer, meet nail. The Murdoch spawn have openly stated they view CNN as a “model” for Fox News, and they’d like to hire someone like Jeff Zucker to run their network.

Zucker is the former wunderkind whose performance as executive producer of “Today” got him promoted to the chief programming job at NBC. He promptly ran NBC into the ground and was shown the door. Since arriving at CNN, he’s seen that network slip into third place, trailing even MSNBC.

When the younger Murdochs kill the golden goose, who will fire them?

By scheduling Jenner on Tucker tomorrow night, I have no doubt FOX is moving from news to fluff.

I agree. I don't miss him.

O'Reilly isn't Megyn. Megyn was hated because she had a bug up her ass about Trump. O'Reilly was fair to Trump.

You don't lose the guy that has had the No.1 show in cable news for 15 years without it hurting.

dunno. we’ll see. what we’ve learned is that the bench at fox is deep. I’m actually looking forward to the new lineup. I like the macallum show. already mentioned that tucker is an improvement. the five is going to have to gain a harder edge to make it in prime time, but, as I said, we will see.
