Egyptians are Arab, not black.
The majority of Egyptians today are Arabs, but before the Arab invasion (after Islam was fabricated) they were different people altogether - the predecessors of today’s Coptic Egyptians were the Pharaohs’ people - and you are correct, they are not black (in any way).
Back when “professor” (of black studies) Leonard Jeffries was pretending blacks invented spaceships millennia in the past, there was a feeble attempt to bolster black morale by pretending they were designed and built by blacks.
