Wielding a bike lock like that is no different than going after someone’s head with a hammer. I would have no qualms about employing deadly force against him in that scenario.
I saw close up of one of them using a screw driver on another guys head....these guys are very dangerous...and frankly love to do this...no doubt Soros backed...he loves this sort of stuff.
