Celebrating as a fellowship to get together, but not as a religious holiday.

8:00 AM mass. How refreshing to hear about wishing peace to those of good will, rather than hearing someone give praise for the destruction of Israel and beheading of infidels.

Celebrating that Ex Governor Duarte of Veracruz has been apprehended and will be brought to justice. Celebrating hope, health, happiness, in the midst of confused people who are NOT sure if they are males, females, and sometimes think that they have negroid genes. Glad to be focused, and have the upper edge knowing who I am, and who I have believed in. I spent the last 2 days on History channel reading about Henry VIII. We worshipped with a small traditional group. He is Risen.

Went to church and, then, came home and gave some of my guns a good cleaning. Got family and friends coming over soon.

Beautiful Mozart concert Friday night, beautiful Mass Thursday eve, beautiful Mass this morning. Then ... Spring Cleaning. I’m finally feeling better after a spider bite that has caused my leg to swell up and slowed me down! Celebrating my health today.

As a non-believer who lives alone, I celebrated Good Friday with the traditional Italian pasta and anchovy dinner with a bottle of good white wine.

Today, I knocked back some pasta with clams and another bottle of good white.

I have my own traditions.

Reflecting on the Word of God and how He speaks to us; to those “who have eyes to see and ears to hear” rather than through channels the world might recognize. #allforHisglory

I spent the day praying and then watched the movie "Risen" while dining on spaghetti squash Alfredo for dinner.

Wonderful day!

Here's my recipe:

Better Than Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Prep Time: 5 mins

Total Time: 25 mins

Servings: 4-6 About This Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons sweet butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 (12 ounce) boxes angel hair pasta (I used spaghetti squash)

Directions

Melt butter in medium saucepan with olive oil over medium/low heat.

Add the garlic, cream, white pepper and bring mixture to a simmer.

Stir often.

Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.

When sauce has thickened add the Mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth. STIR FREQUENTLY.

While the sauce cooks, boil noodles for 3-5 minutes.

Place pasta on serving plates and spoon sauce over pasta.

My cats licked the pan clean after cooking, so I am all done...but cats now reek of garlic.

Pondering how The Lord Jesus borrowed a tomb for 3 days all the while purchasing our
salvation redeeming us with His own shed blood for all eternity.
