The Mayor makes the call to stand down....just like in Baltimore...even though their state constitution says the police are sworn to protect the people.

Cops are supposed to uphold and defend The Constitution, not their chief-of-police.
They need to change the slogan on their cars from “To Protect and Serve” to “To Sit and Watch”.
