10 mg tramadol gave me an after effect of depression so I took it sparingly for back pain. All drugs have side effects. You just have to find the right combination that has the least adverse effects for you.
They started me on 2 50mg every four hours. I only took one but they ordered two. Cut out nighttime pills as soon as I could sleep thru the night without them. Took one pill 4x day till I just stopped them. I was getting anxiety attacks and blamed the pills. Been much worse since I stopped. Anxiety and chills manageable so far today. Actually slept about 5 hours last night.
