You put all of this together, and it makes sense why Bannon was so adamant about the Ryancare bill. Ryancare allowed Trump to remove requirements, but the Freedom Caucus wanted something that could “survive” Trump leaving office. I understand that, but it was a stepping stone that would have become obvious in time, with a very easy-to-cross bridge at that time.
