Life is too easy, with no risks and no challenges. I assure you if it was 1930 and he had to feed himself and his family he wouldn’t give a d@mn about his inner woman. Probably he wouldn’t even have an inner woman. It’s only when nothing important is happening that noise-level idiot thoughts get thought and acted on.
truth! I had a relative who refused to work because he had “issues” similar to this guy.
His mama coddled him, and we all pointed out that if he was cold/hungry/homeless he would find work PDQ.
He never had to b/c she supported him and his delusions.
