I’m still undecided. What I am sure of:
1) I question the wisdom of our involvement in the whole sordid mess.
2) Given that we are involved, Trump’s carrying this out without telegraphing it ahead of time is how operations should be carried out.
3) I don’t trust a single word coming from the MSM and the intel community.
4) I don’t trust a single word coming from the Russian media or the Russian government.
5) I don’t trust a single word coming from the Syrian government.
6) I don’t trust a single word coming from any middle eastern government officials.
7) I don’t think Assad is any kind of a good guy.
8) I know for a damned fact that the “rebels” are jihadist scum.
9) I do think Trump has effectively sent a message that we can’t be pushed around like we were when zero was in office.
There’s a lot to digest here. I have not yet decided what I think of the whole thing on balance.
Sending that message was important enough to put me in the A camp.
