Liar. Lets review: Successful civilizations (Romans, Chinese, Indians, Christian Europe, ect) all punished sluts and bastard children with low status. This results in few bastards and sluts. Modern American embraces sluts and bastards and we have an ever increasing plague of bad outcomes from it.
