Should have been book cases on every wall! My parents read to us all the time, and that is a key to kids learning how to read and liking to read.

I have MANY holes is my education. More holes than not, sadly...

I taught my self how to read, by age 4 I was reading books, and lived in libraries

Then your parents were failures and caused you to be locked up.

I hope you have learned from it and need not be locked up further.
