What word could we use to define a male harridan?

Schmuck is fairly appropriate, but in Schumer's case you could add snoutband and pilgarlic.

One has to wonder how such harridan-like people (Schumer, Pelosy, Reid, Clinton, et al) are able to survive in this world!
