Che was at a dashing fighter who went down guns blazing, right..?

no, that’s completely wrong, in fact he had asthma, he wasn’t much of a field commander at all.

he was captured with his pistol revealing a whole mag of ammo.

Che as captive made numerous statements like, I’m more valuable to you alive.

he obviously feared death and tried every angle to get out of his end, something he deserved richly deserved.

That really is Justice because in Havana Che used to get into execution competitions with his brother Raul. they both had pistols and many days would execute north of 100 captives.

Begging for mercy made absolutely no difference to those two, they enjoyed the killing and Che said point-blank in letters to his father that he loved killing people.

Che was incompetent as Cuban minister of economy and industries.

in fact it’s very likely that Fidel sent Che to foment Revolution abroad not so much because of Che’s commitment to socialism but because of Che’s abysmal track record as a politician and manager in Cuba.

Che basically wrecked the economy while he was in charge and Fidel was TRYING to get him killed.
