Yes, pack a couple of stairwells, water, plumbing, electrical telecom, HVAC, elevators, etc, and it looks like one small apartment per floor.

Inclinator?
Appears slow and expensive?
They also had a traditional elevator, for ADA.
Probably a maintenance elevator too?

What’s the point of the inclinator?

And don’t forget a mechanical floor every thirty, or so.

Also a nice open atrium, but because of the various required shafts, you go HIGH with a bit of trompe l’oeil, that’s the ticket!

Maybe they could be like the Lloyds Building and move some of that junk to the outside?

A Stair well in that thing would require a base camp at ground level and a couple of rest camps on the way up.
