Just think if they didn’t put that gay kiss in the movie, they’d make around 250 million at least. I mean 160 million is nothing to sneeze at and it will probably be the most successful movie in 2017, BUT it could have done even more if they simply took out on little kiss. Oh well.

No, a vague boycott only promoted here did not work. A week ago, they were expecting $120 to $150 million for this weekend. The box office exceeded its expectations, so it is a fantasy that it would have made more money.
Most people did not even know about it nor even noticed it in the movie.
