People like Beck and Levin have an inability to state that they were wrong and to apologize for their misbehavior.
Because they are unable to do this, their support tends to ring hollow.

He endorsed Constitution Party nominee Darrell Castle.
Castle, at lest, is a conservative constitutionalist. McMullin is a different breed of conservative.
If he wanted Hillary elected, he would have endorsed and voted for Hillary. He did not.
He didn’t want either of them; he viewed both as progressives. As of now, he appears to have changed his mind. (That doesn’t mean he’ll support President Trump uncritically.)
I don’t know why you feel the need to trash someone for agreeing with you, even if it is later than you wanted.
He also endorsed McMullin!

His view was that if you’re going to have a progressive (which he thought Trump was), it’s just as well to have a Democrat progressive in office so the Republicans don’t get blamed for it.
That’s the same argument a lot of FReepers are making regarding RINOcare. There is an argument to be made for it.
Besides, he says that “I am so pro-Trump right now” and you want to crucify him for that.
I don't trust liars and traitors.
Anyone who would have stood back and allowed the election of Hillary is nothing but a low life traitor!
Elections always offer more than two choices, and some people opt for a different one. As long as you choose based on principle, I don’t have a problem with that.
WTF? We're talking about the majority of small towns in this country, at least in the SE. They can't help it if the feds enforce on them (thru the State Agencies) policies and corrective actions that they can't sanely afford. You're insane. Or an idiot. Either way, please don't pollute my box with your dimwitted un-understanding simplitudes. Go play with your Play-Do, and tell yourself that everything your mommy told you was true...you're "smart"...and "handsome"...and all that jazz...but come to me, and I'll be happy to explain to you that you have the understanding and mental apptitude of a backward 8 year old. Idiot. Jeez...REALLY???...Your dimwitted answer is to wipe out all the small towns and force everyone into the Urban decay???...thank G-d Almighty that no one in their RIGHT mind would even listen to a dimwitted fool like you. THINK (if you can) about your answer...WOW...
Beck is mentally ill.
Ummmm...yeah, dimwit, that's why they had enforcement taken against them in the first place...duh. "The way to fix it" is almost always outside their budgets...which is why the grants from ARC are needed, so they can afford to "fix it"...dimwit...how old are you? 8...maybe 9?

Actually you point out my major issue in first paragraph...
Beck thought Trump was actually faaarr worse than a progressive Democrat...He said Trump was dangerous, Hitler,a sociopath, etc. Beck was actively campaigning against Trump—he was actually the lead anti-TRumper.
‘
Sorry his rationale for having a progressive Democrat in White House so the Republicans would not get blamed was il-conceived, foolish, and shortsighted because he knows what Hillary would do to the country. He knew the stakes of the Supreme Court, etc...but he did not seem to care and would rather have Hillary in White House because why??? Well because Beck had some visceral and very personal axe to grind with Candidate Trump. In addition to being a fool, Beck was wrong about Trump—completely wrong!
Maybe I am old fashioned, but apologies go a long way with me.
If Beck had class and was truly sincere, he would have made a PUBLIC mea culpa and a sincere apology—instead of agreeing with misguided cohosts going on about how Trump is extending an olive branch to Beck...Donald Trump is President; he does not need to extend an olive branch to anyone~least of all Beck. BTW, I don’t think he has even offered a private apology let alone public.
He was totally wrong; he was beyond nasty; and he should cop to being wrong and apologize for being nasty...Actually it is Biblical to do so, and Beck in claiming to be be a Christian should but he is not doing that, so his new adoration of President Trump seems very superficial, transient, and insincere to me and others...
Crucify? Hardly. No, I just don’t trust or believe him as he has not tried to make any sort of amends or seek forgiveness to President Trump and his supporters.
Wow! That's hard to forgive.
The idea that Beck would consider Trump the moral equialvant to Hillary Clinton shows that he is without moral judgement or common sense.
That goes for all of the 'never Trumper's' who would have preferred a Hillary Presidency to a Trump one, while they glory in their phony rightousness.
Explain to me why you think all small towns subjected to Congressional exploitation should be disbanded and their constituents absolved into the Urban overload?...DIMWIT....
And....No....They do NOT have a right to suck on other people's money just so they can hold on to their ancestral bucolic bliss. This is especially true when others are moving because they are responsibly getting work a **long** way from family and friends.
oh, just go away you idiotic un-understanding troll. Go play with your Play-Do and Lincoln Logs. And stop posting idiocy. You would destroy all that IS America and have everyone become part of the Urban decay. Shame on you, fool.
