Try to imagine the wall to wall 24/7 coverage this story would be receiving globally if this had been 4 white thugs attacking a black customer who was only offering to help someone pay for their take-out order. But since it is black on white crime (like the 4 black thugs in Chicago who kidnapped and tortured the white special needs kid), it becomes a non-story. The fact that we noticed that this was a black on white assault makes us racists.
It is clear that trying to live among these ferals is tantamount to suicide. The best we can hope for is to keep this element contained in their urban hellholes and to live as far away as possible with no interaction. The hipsters and self-hating, melanin-deficient leftists who think they can 'blend' and think that they are insulated from the threat because they are so much more enlightened than the rest of us are simply serving themselves up as easy victims.
And Mayor DumblASSio wants to dumb down the entrance exam standards to the few still elite schools in NYC where the real scholarly kids attend--those kids that win Intel-Westinghouse science awards, essay awards, etc., those schools that actually post Quiet! Classes Going On! signs in their halls, etc. so that his beloved black kids can then get into those schools and ruin them just like they ruined the schools in their own neighborhoods. That is a real tragedy.
It is a disgrace that this story got so little play in local media. You didn't hear it on local radio news, you did see small stories posted in local papers. There should be an outcry to catch these feral swine and toss them into jail for very long sentences, assaulting a handicapped man who actually was trying to help them get a meal.
New York considers it a more serious crime if assault is committed against a handicapped person (the white guy was walking with a cane):
It is 2nd degree aggravated harassment if a person strikes, shoves, kicks, or subjects another person to physical contact or attempts or threatens to do so because of his belief or perception (whether correct or not) of the person'’s disability. This is a Class A misdemeanor (NY Penal Law § 240.30).
A repeat offender is subject to higher penalties under the 1st degree aggravated harassment statute for previous convictions within the past 10 years. This crime is a Class E felony (NY Penal Law § 240.31).
A person commits a hate crime when he commits certain offenses and intentionally selects the victim or commits the offense in whole or part because of a belief or perception (whether correct or not) of the victim'’s disability. Disability is a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits a major life activity (NY Penal Law § 485.00 et seq.).
The offenses include assault, menacing, reckless endangerment, manslaughter, 2nd degree murder, stalking, sexual abuse crimes, kidnapping, coercion, criminal trespass crimes, burglary, criminal mischief, arson, larceny, robbery, harassment and aggravated harassment, and attempt or conspiracy to commit any of these crimes.
When the underlying offense is a misdemeanor or class C, D, or E felony, the hate crime is punishable by one category higher than the offense level for the underlying offense. If the offense is a class B or A-1 felony, the law prescribes certain terms depending on how the offender is sentenced.
