I’ve seen at least two previously banned freepers get unbanned. One of them has been banned at least 3 times that I am aware of, yet he is still here posting as of yesterday. Why they were banned then allowed to return, I have no idea.

It depends on what you did which resulted in the ban, how you interact with the owner of this site, and a bit of luck.
I know there are some very prominent FReepers who have been banned for a while, I have even interceded on one’s behalf on several occasions, but then again, you never know.
I myself came about one half whisker from never being able to post again. I think I was exactly one half a post from him yanking the plug on me. Very, very close. Yet I am still here, enjoying this website very much. Thanks Jim for not banning me that time.
Mostly just stay positive. This is a great website. One of the very best in my opinion. But be aware this is a private forum and you CAN be banned, and it may be for something you think is fine, but the owner disagrees with.
Just keep that in mind. A nice word to the owner, and a little patience is what I recommend.
I also agree with the idea of a donation to the site.
That is always helpful, I think.
