McDonald’s has a traffic problem and its executives know it. Now they have a plan they think will turn it around.

The company lost more than 500 million customers to close competitors since 2012, Chris Kempczinski, McDonald’s USA President told investors gathered in Chicago Wednesday.

How did they come up with that 500 million lost customers?

Also, some stupid decisions like not serving breakfast 24 hours a day when their customers work different hours and eat breakfast through out the day.

Putting their newest hires up front trying to take orders from English speaking custormers when they don’t understand English.

Not deleting slow moving products from their menu as peoples’s appetites changed.

I noticed a sign the other day at our local McD
“Breakfast All Day”

They must have heard your request.

But they DID start serving breakfast 24/7. None of the other chains did that. In fact, if I DO go into one these days it would be to get a egga-mcmuffin.
