Obama’s draft card registration is clearly forged. When it first came to light, the best his supporters could do was claim the date stamp broke/malfunctioned on Obama’s draft card, but on no one else’s. Not sure how critical the SS# on that card is, since the forgery was done so many years after the date Obama supposedly registered.
If I’m not mistaken, when his draft card would have been issued, social security numbers were only permitted to be used “for social security and tax purposes - not for identification”. At least that’s what mine has printed on it. His draft card wouldn’t have had his SSN on it.
