CBS lost it. The poor news station is now calling themselves Real News. As in an actual slogan. It looks like way too many people are laughing attheir reporters now when confronted on the streets. I was at a press conference at Trump Tower 2 weeks ago for some Enviro company and I told the CBS reporter there with just a passing comment "CBS isn't exactly known for real news, as you know" She looked at me like she hears this often. I guess so many people put them and the rest of the mainstream or lamestream media down, that now stations like CBS have to tell us they are real. I think it's funny.

It might work for any other station, but for the station of Dan Rather, it just sounds like they are being sarcastic.

Isn’t their name based on that Italian explorer Christopher Columbus. Isn’t that an affront to leftists everywhere since they are now changing Columbus Day into some native american festival?

formerly, “fake but accurate.” (the Dan Rather standard) Now, “(fake but) real.” Meaning, we really believe this whether or not it is based on fact.
