Higher altitudes generally have a thinner atmosphere. So less oxygen, meaning you get woozier anyway. Combined with drinking, you’ll likely feel drunker quicker. On the space station, however, the air density is held to about sea level pressure.

Unless you open the windows. Then it gets real thin atmosphere wise.
