Anti oxidants are keeping my otherwise severe arthritis at bay. I may live longer without them but living longer in a wheelchair with limited movement is not something I cherish. I reduced my intake for a few months a couple of years ago and declined to being pretty much housebound. I started taking them again and I work 48 hours a week where any visible creakiness would get me “retired.”

If your arthritis is Rheumatoid in nature, then yes, you want to keep your internal inflammation as low as possible. Your body is attacking itself.

Consider these:
- More Omega-3s
- Eliminating major Omega-6 oil sources
- More Antioxidants of most any sort from most any source
- Probiotics (some modulate the immune system)
- Take Vitamin D (modulates the immune system)
- Reduce sugars/carbohydrates (sugars are pro-inflammatory)

Stay active and keep your attitude positive.
