I love meatloaf as well. The way my mom made it was great. It was 1/2 ground chuck and 1/2 ground pork, worcestershire sauce, egg, onion, etc. I really like the taste of the beef/pork blend.
That meatloaf sound delicious——I’ve never used 1/2 half pork and will definitely give it a try.
