Now this looks like fun- driving on a scooter at high speeds amidst traffic, downpours, flooding and pedestrians.
Will these enable LA commuters to maneuver around SJWnowflake roadblocks? Maybe for awhile, until the anarchists string up piano wire at neck level between signposts & utility poles.
Lucky thing for him nobody in those parked cars opened a door as he toddled by.

Storm? Where is the wind and lightning. In Oklahoma we call that a light shower.
It’s an hour and a half of scooting around in the rain. Big whoop. I do that for fun.
The guy is also a compleat i-d-ten-t for having his phone vertical rather than horizontal while recording. 2/3 of the screen filled with black because he is incapable of rotating the camera 90 degrees.
My mexican poop ninja has more functioning brain cells and consideration for others than this putz.
