I’m thinking about a revolver, a shrouded airweight S&W for ankle carry. But I read something about an internal lock on them than can lock it up unless you have it gunsmithed, so whatchagonnado. Shouldn’t have to gunsmith a new piece.

Take a long, hard look at the Ruger LCR. It's probably lighter than an airweight, and doesn't have the infernal internal lock.

Thanks, I’ve been looking at them. I will probably take that advice. As light as Airweights and cheaper and I like Ruger.
