The Logan act isn’t even constitutional.

The fact is that they buckled and allowed this man to resign because he told Pence incorrect information about one of the many dozens of phone calls he has had since November with leaders in other countries.

Trump should have allowed him to resign and then refused his resignation and done so publicly. This is simply the beginning. The Leftist media now has a scalp and will be on the warpath for more. Trump should have hit back twice as hard.

This is also a play by the establishment Republicans. They did not want Flynn in the White House because he was not a Bush neocon.

Logan’s act has only been enforced once and has never gone to the supreme court. so it is unknown whether it passes constitutional muster. I think if we have strict constructionists making the decision it does pass but Trump should not try and use the act till after the supreme court justice takes his seat because when it is used it will end up at the supreme court.
