In Christian circles is this not called Pre-Determination? Quantum theory most definitely is not predetermination. It's the antithesis. Good news for those enjoy the idea of free will. Predeterminism would belong more to Newton's world of cause/effect, action/reaction.

Perhaps it will also explain how young earth and old earth ( universe) creationism can both be true depending upon where in the universe you are observing and measuring from
