"It has been a busy day for presidential statements divorced from reality."
Anchor Scott Pelley greeted "CBS Evening News" viewers with that line Monday night.
Pelley opened the show standing in front of a photo of President Trump which bore the words "Reality Check."
"Today, President Trump told a U.S. military audience that there have been terrorist attacks that one knows about because the media choose not to report them," said Pelley.
Trump told military leaders at CENTCOM Monday that terror attacks are being under-reported by the media.

After about 5 minutes of Pelley’s rant, I switched it off. Don’t think I’ll tune in again. Not even pretending to be objective.
Says a man who is utterly divorced from reality.
CBS and reality should not be said in the same sentence.
Scott Pelley = “Frazier’s” homo brother. Except that Frazier’s brother is smarter and more likeable.
Scott Pelley is working hard to be Soros’ number one boy.
Hey Boy (Paladin).
The East German media must have looked like this two months before the wall came down.
Only when millions cut cable and satellite services and deprive them of funds.
Looking forward to the Youtube meme video with all the teleprompter readers parroting that Trump is a buffoonish clown not deserving of being President and then showing America actually recovering economically. Reminds me of all the election rhetoric about “this is the end of Trump”.
Wait a minute...
An MSM puppet, in order to prove Trump wrong, broadcast a list of terror attacks that essentially proved Trump’s assertion correct?
LOL!
TRUMP PLAYS HIS 4D CHESS GAME AGAIN!
I AM NOT TIRED OF WINNING!
How embarrassing that this guy is from Texas.
OOPS.
Mistook this report for this one:

Of course the American media would never admit to wrongdoing, unless it was AS THEY JUDGE IT egregiously heinous.
I watched CBS news in 1983 when they had Bill Moyers, Dan rather and Boob Schiefer do a panels discussion about Reagan after a speech he made. I said that as long as these guys are on CBS News I will not watch it again. I broke that pledge on election night 1994 and 1984 just to watch Dan rather squirm. I watched one time some years after that to see if anything had changed and it took 15 minutes to decide nothing had changed and I turned it off.
Of course, when ever there is a terror attack, the first comment is ‘we don’t know the motives’.
