The Judge could order the Grand Jury to get the passport. It would remain a secret, until the actual charges were filed.
Hillary still has Secret Service staff .. primarily because when Bill was still President, he was able to choose that his family would remain under Secret Service until death.
To show the contrast, GW Bush only had SS staff for himself and his family for 5 years after leaving office. And .. the Bush’s retired to their ranch .. and enjoyed life.
Well, you know what they say about “too much of a good thing” ..????
So that’s why Trump let Comey stay on - so he could continue the investigations into Foundation- and pedophilegate.......
