Years ago there were hundreds, if not thousands, of Freepers who posted weekly to the 24 threads with great passion, delight and wit.
It, along with American Idol, made Freep a weekly enjoyable place to come to when we wanted a respite from politics and watching our country die.
Maybe there’s too few old timers who weren’t around with those classic Freep threads, if so...that is a sad thing indeed. But be aware, there’s TONS of Freepers who are glad to see these new 24 threads.

And there are so many FReepers who are “in the know” who could shed some light, as far as they could, as to what was plausible or not.
