Not even a hundredth of what you propose would survive court challenges unless you plan to ignore the Judicial Branch and only use the Executive and Legislative ones.
If judicial activism by far left judges trumps the Executive and Legislative branches, then we are in trouble.
Is every EO and every new law the Republican Congress passes going to have to go through a lengthy radical judicial activist process? Something is not right about that.
And, as I mentioned with the big picture, if we don't get a handle on this we won't have a country in 200 years, or maybe a lot less.
