To: Be Careful
When Scalia died, they were left to stand without moving to SCOTUS.

Does anyone know if these cases can now move to SCOTUS?

Or, are they now not able to move to SCOTUS?



SCOTUS can re-hear cases where there was a tie vote and there is still a conflict between lower courts. I fully expect this to happen....assuming of course that John Roberts doesn't stab us in the back again.

I don’t trust Roberts one bit he betrayed us on 2 big ones. Ruthie thought HRC was a lock she wanted to be replaced by “The First Woman President”. So thanks Ruth, Marxist fool.
