If President Trump's executive order was ruled unconstitutional because it supposedly discriminates against Muslims, then he should temporarily block immigration from all countries until he is comfortable that a vetting process for those seven countries is in place. That should make it harder for a Federal Judge to overturn.
Great idea - I suggested months ago that ALL immigration be halted until:
- the problem of illegal immigration has been solved and whoever is supposed to be gone, is gone.
- the legal immigrants have satisfactorily assimilated
- the REAL unemployment rate is at an acceptable level
- the national debt is down to a certain acceptable level
- a foolproof way of vetting is in place and new immigrants are required to live as Americans, not hyphenated Americans
That should take care of things for awhile!

I’d go Andrew Jackson on the judiciary since liberal can always find a judge to give orders countermanding the president.
I agree and suggest this as well when he first issued the executive order. Seems like a more even handed approach. We have unemployment and do not need any immigrants so desperately as to keep letting anyone in without vetting.

I have to disagree. They do think about the future. But, in my opinion, they think that in the future Muslims will either be seduced by progressivism or, when the marxists are able to take over, they will bring back the tactics of Stalin and Mao against the Muslims.

And so what if tourism drops a bit, it would allow cheaper prices for Americans to afford an in country get a way.
Many businesses too greedy, let them be humbled for a moment instead of frequently raising prices to continually increase their own paychecks.

The appeal goes through the ninth circuit court. That bastion of liberalism and Marxist thought. From there to the supremes. As the SCOTUS is currently configured it will likely be a tie vote... allowing the ninth circuit decision to stand. Thus the courts take another executive power away and give it to themselves. The left using judicial tyranny for all to see. Congress you cowardly b@stards, what are you going to do about this?!

I would want to make sure that DHS, border control and customs are obeying Trump’s EO first and foremost. If we have managers and agents that think they can take their work orders from this rogue judge, then these workers need to be suspended, disciplined, fired etc.
If workers will not obey orders, then it would make sense to move to a de facto immigration ban because there wouldn’t be enough agents to process immigrants. Those that are left to process immigrants would have to prioritize and process the easiest ones first and the questionable ones will be in the forever pending pile. This is much like Trump’s strategy with sanctuary cities.
It’s all about results and what’s happening on the ground. I don’t want to give the enemy any way that they can claim the high ground.

I’ve thought that all along. Ban ALL immigration. We need a time out. When the screaming starts, say, “Oh, you know somebody who wants to come in and can’t now? Thank an illegal alien! Millions of them selfishly jumped the line and are the reason for the ban.”
