What's amazing, is how civilization suddenly appeared, along with monolithic works, from "the wilderness" approximately 6,000 years ago, so modern historians would have us believe. There has to be something behind such a rapid rise of civilization in such a short time frame, historically speaking.
Maybe the "great Flood" was far more devastating to mankind's accomplishments at the time, than we ever imagined?
Yes it has always amazed me that there was very little development wrt the pyramids. The earliest were the most perfect and Cheops the tallest building on earth until the Eiffel Tower was built.
