Brawndo has what plants crave!
If OBama was in office the city would request a grant to house the homeless HUD would give the city the money. SAn Fran would pay full price for each apartment to buy them out as housing for the homeless The. EPA would say it is not environmentally sound and SAn FRan would apply for another grant to remove the building.
“Regardless of who is legally responsible, all parties have finally agreed that there is, in fact, a problem.”
They’re making “progress”. Idiots.
They should have had Trump build it.
Proof once again that there are too many stupid people in this country. Architect building on sand? What school did they go to, barber college (they sure sheared the sheep)? And the residents, sinking all into this fiasco?
No sympathy here for the “smart people”.
I would not say, it cannot be corrected.
The problem is one of the cost.
The easy solution is always, to let the other guy pay.
For some reason, that other guy is, we the taxpayers.
Freeze the earth under and around; like at Fukushima.
The equipment might require the first six floors, the power needed is huge and eternal, but it should work.$$$
Oh, the supreme irony! The tower was build on coastal marshlands that were filled in by construction debris and other trash and then built upon. Isn't that the ultimate violation of Environmentalist sentiment? Filling marshlands in with trash and debris and then building on it????? The idea that the uber-wealthy Libs who live in the tower are losing their investment because its built on unstable marshlands is delicious.
Just call Ram Jack
“One good earthquake should fix it.”
Yes!
But direction and magnitude would be critical.
Legend has it, that if you travel south of Interstate 80 in Illinois, most if not all of the homes and buildings, have that same feature!
Water? Like in the toilet?
Money-saving is the cause......the S/F bldg’s problems occurred b/c the builder did not go down enough feet as they laid the foundation.
They will add this the bill for high speed rail. No one would notice a few extra billion on that mess.
Beyond stuck!!!
Let the illegals pay for it.
FTFY.
Got to use the proper environmentalist terms. Of course, when you state it this way, you realize that SF has been doing for years what none of us peons would have been allowed to do.
Irony — it's not just buying an Armani suit with an extra pair of pants, and then burning a hole in the jacket.
Those effected are quite wealthy. Do they really think the average American with little in savings and a small home with a mortgage, living in a mobile home or living in a small apartment really give a rat’s a** about their predicament??? Really.
I believe that HOA fee will go up in that building...
Being San Francisco, they should pack Viagra around the foundation to make it stand up straight.
When SF has the big one...which is highly over due...when it hits who is going to pay for all the devastation and destruction when they succeed from the nation?! That hell hole is about to be swallowed up! And to be honest sorry San Francisco freepers I wouldn’t give a damn!
