I was thinking the same thing. “Entitled” spoiled people exist both on the left and right. This outage has been illustrative in exposing them.
Jim has explained all this before. Donations are not large enough to support the hardening some people apparently expect. If they don’t like it go elsewhere.
I don't mind those who say they would like to know. As far as entitled, I think not. They're being criticized not for the question, but for the way it was delivered.
