Nope. The succession law states that when the clock strikes noon he is done. Until the new President has taken office the Secretary of State will act as the executive.

To clarify, it's Section 1 of the 20th Amendment:
The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.
This isn't some federal statute, it's the Constitution. As of noon on Friday, the Liberal Messiah is out of office. Killing Trump, Pence, or anyone else, would not change that.
