I guess not being from OK and TX I would assume most is southern but I am wrong. But it is a lot like Louisiana. New Orleans with the black population and colleges, is democrat/liberal while Metairie is a suburb is conservative.
I am SO glad I live in a conservative part of LA!

I’m from Jackson Mississippi

Grew up with New Orleans as a constant fixture in my life since earliest 1959-60 memories

We had a home in Tensas parish 50 years

We just went to Citrus Bowl to see Tigers beat Cardinals and have been Geaux Tigers a long time first and foremost

Then Tide and Rebels

We visit New Orleans annually and will in April

I love it
